Privacy Policy

Account information: name, email address, and organization name when you sign up or join a company via a join code.

Inventory data: powders, lots, usage logs, and label photos you upload to track your inventory.

Billing information: handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we don't store full card numbers ourselves.

Usage data: basic activity logs (who logged or updated what, and when) so admins can review changes to their own organization's inventory.

To provide the Service — storing your inventory, running label scans, sending account-related emails, processing payments, and enforcing your plan's limits. We don't sell your data or use it to serve third-party advertising.

The label scanner sends the photo you upload to Anthropic's Claude API to extract text (manufacturer, color code, lot number, weight). The image and extracted text are used only to fill in the scan review form — see Anthropic's own privacy policy for how they handle API requests.

Application data (inventory, accounts, photos) is stored with Supabase; the application itself is hosted on Netlify. Both providers maintain their own security and compliance programs.

Every organization's data is isolated at the database level — one company can never read or write another company's inventory, users, or activity log, regardless of what a user requests through the app.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your light/dark mode preference. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your organization's data deleted, contact us and we'll process the request.

You can review and correct your account information at any time from your account settings. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, contact us using the details below.

We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we make material changes to this policy.
