Refund Policy

Every new organization starts with a 14-day free trial — no card required to sign up. You can try the full feature set before deciding on a plan.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from the admin billing settings. Canceling stops future billing — you keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Because plans include a full 14-day trial to evaluate the Service before paying, we generally don't offer refunds for completed billing periods. If you were charged in error or believe your situation warrants an exception, contact us — we review these on a case-by-case basis.

Upgrading or downgrading your plan takes effect on your next billing cycle; usage limits update immediately.
