Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Powder Inventory (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Powder Inventory is a subscription tool for tracking powder-coating inventory, including label scanning, box-level tracking, usage logging, and related features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account belongs to one company ("organization"); an organization's admin controls who else can join and what role they have. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Plan limits (users, inventory items, AI usage) are described on our pricing page. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

Don't use the Service to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access to another organization's data, disrupt the Service, or abuse rate-limited or metered features (like AI label scanning) in a way that's intended to circumvent plan limits.

You retain ownership of the inventory data, photos, and other content you upload ("Your Data"). You grant us a license to host, store, and process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We don't sell Your Data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle it.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk to the Service or other customers.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-extracted label data (manufacturer, lot number, weight, etc.) is a starting point — you're responsible for reviewing it before saving. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
